Well, it has a been a minute. When I started this blog back in 2011, there were just the 3 of us. Now we've added two new members to our family. Who knew that our little family wouldn't be complete without two little girls running around? It changes the dynamics just a bit. Let's meet the players
Nathaniel: Our first born. Our 7 year old going on 27 years. He has always been our wise beyond his years child. He is a blessing and a great big brother to our girls. Although he can have his typical ornery moments that any little boy does, he has a true heart of gold and is always there for a pick me up when I am feeling down.
Addison aka Addy Paddy: She is our spunky 3 year old. Every family has to have the one that keeps them on their toes. That would be her. As we speak, I have yelled at her numerous times for jumping off the couch. This is after she fell and blacked her eye out once. Does she learn? Nope...she makes life interesting. She is the perfect mixture of sweet and sassy.
Emma aka Emma Nemma: Our newest addition. She is our damsel in distress. The boys are going to have a hard time with this one. If they don't shower her with love and affection 110% of the time...she will drop them. She doesn't give up her smiles easily and she definitely chooses her favorites (I am one!). She is a sweetheart and very likely our last!
So there they are. The very reasons I wake up and do what I do. I just recently took look at my life and realized I need to do some editing. Life is more than just going through the motions each day. My personal goals are to the be the best wife and mother that God created me to be. To live and enjoy every moment that has been given to me. This is my journey. This is my story. This is our life.
